Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and minutes.
• Manage compliance and regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and implement ethics and compliance frameworks.
• Support corporate transactions and ongoing projects, including internal legal library and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the Singapore Bar with strong academic credentials (≥4 PQE).
• Willing to take on a broad scope of responsibilities, including corporate governance, compliance, and corporate secretarial duties.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute.
• In-house experience is preferred, but corporate lawyers from boutique or large law firms are welcome to apply.
• Ability to converse in Japanese is a plus.
